We are able to design to the requirement of the job. Whether that is a simple domestic re-wire, a commercial installation, or Solar PV and battery storage.
Certify
We are qualified and experienced in inspection and testing. Whether that is a new install or existing. We are currently NAPIT registered and are able to self certify our work.
Install
We are capable of working on both single (230v) and three phase (400v) installations as well as low voltage works including data cabling networks and fire alarm systems.
Maintain
Ongoing maintenance is crucial to ensuring electrical installations stay in a safe condition for continued use. We are qualified and experienced in EICR’S and PAT testing.

Founded in 2015, we have established ourselves as reliable and trustworthy electrical contractors, who provide a top quality service at reasonable prices. Our ethos remains to provide the best customer service we possibly can, all whilst carrying out work to the highest standard.
Company Director, Daniel Millins, came from a hospitality background and it is this grounding that helps shape how the company is run today. After getting into the electrical world he soon realised that, in general, the construction industry as a whole is lacking in customer service skills. Once Chi-Lec was formed, he knew that this would be his USP.
Over the years, our experience has grown allowing us to provide an array of electrical services.

Domestic new builds
We have worked on many high end self builds. This demands the highest attention to detail, as well as the flexibility required when working on someones dream home.
Re-wires
Electrical equipment deteriorates over time, including the cables. We can bring your home up to date whilst making it more energy efficient.
Replacing consumer units
Fuseboards have come a long way in recent years. Consumer units now containing RCBO’s and SPD’s provide the highest level of protection against electric shock.
EICR'S
Electrical installation condition reports are required by law for rented properties. It is also recommended for all installations to have regular inspections to keep them in safe working order.
Solar PV
There are many benefits to using solar energy. Harnessing green energy from the sun will reduce your bills, all whilst helping to fight climate change.
Battery storage
